The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We are confident in our product and require a minimum of 30 consecutive days of daily use before any refund request can be considered. This is not a formality — bunion correction is a gradual process, and our brace is clinically designed to show results over time with consistent wear.
To be eligible for a refund under our 90-Day Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:
1)You have worn the Footrez Brace every day as directed for a minimum of 30 days.
2)You are not satisfied with your results after this 30-day usage period.
3)Your refund request is submitted within 90 days of your delivery date.
4)You contact us at contact@footrez.com with your order number, full name, and a brief description of your experience and usage habits.
Requests submitted without evidence of consistent use, or outside the 90-day window, will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, email us at contact@footrez.com and include:
- Your order number
- Full name and email address used at checkout
- A brief description of how you used the brace (frequency, duration per day)
- Your reason for dissatisfaction
Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 24 hours. Once approved, further instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping
If a return is required as part of the resolution process:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.
- All returned items must include a tracking number, which you must provide to us. Without tracking, we cannot confirm receipt and your refund request will lapse.
- Items must be returned to the address provided by our support team — do not return items to the address on the package without first contacting us.
- Please allow 3–4 weeks for your return to reach our warehouse, plus up to 2 additional weeks for inspection. Total refund processing can take up to 6 weeks.
Tip: To avoid the hassle of international return shipping (which can cost $30+), we encourage you to reach out to us first — we often have faster, more convenient solutions available.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise agreed upon with our support team.
Eligibility Requirements — What We Do and Don't Cover
Eligible for Refund or Resolution:
- Product arrived visibly damaged or defective (must be reported with photo/video proof within 72 hours of delivery)
- Incorrect item shipped
- Package confirmed lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for an extended period)
- Genuine dissatisfaction after 30+ days of consistent daily use within the 90-day window
- Returned item is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, in the original undamaged packaging.
NOT Eligible for Refund or Exchange:
- Refund requests submitted after 90 days from the delivery date
- Requests where the product was not worn daily for at least 30 days as directed
- Damage caused by the customer after receipt
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective perception of color, texture, or appearance — our product pages provide accurate descriptions and images, and minor color variation due to screen settings is not considered a defect
- Packages undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Items returned in a condition other than how they were received — Footrez reserves the right to refuse any return where the item or packaging shows signs of use, washing, or damage caused after receipt
- Defects or damage reported more than 72 hours after delivery
- Cases where the customer has not responded to our team within 72 hours of our reply
Damaged or Defective Items
We take packaging seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us at contact@footrez.com within 72 hours of delivery
- Include a clear photo or video of the damage
- We will assess the situation and, where eligible, offer a free replacement at no cost to you
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or use beyond product guidelines is not covered.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package has not moved or appears lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. We will work to find the best resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, Footrez does not accept liability for non-receipt. We recommend checking with neighbors, your building's mailroom, or your local post office first.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at contact@footrez.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Disputes & Chargebacks
If you are considering filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, you must first contact us at contact@footrez.com and give us the opportunity to resolve your issue. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and directly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your case being escalated and contested.
