Responsibility for collecting undelivered packages
If a package cannot be delivered because the customer was not at home and it is sent to the post office for pickup, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the package within the specified time frame.
If the package is returned to us because the customer did not collect it, no refund will be issued. However, we can reship the package at the customer’s expense.
To arrange a new shipment, please contact us via email and we will provide you with the cost of reshipping.
If the customer refuses this solution, they must provide proof that we failed to fulfill our delivery obligation.

If the consumer is considering filing a dispute or chargeback request with their bank or payment provider, it is mandatory to first contact the seller. The consumer must inform the seller of the issue in writing and give them the opportunity to resolve it. This can be done via email or through the contact form on our website. If the seller does not respond within a reasonable time, or if the issue is not resolved satisfactorily, the consumer may then consider filing a dispute or chargeback request.
